Kristal Ultima
Fire Retardant Paint
Fire Retardant paints or Fire Proof Paints Can be used over painted surfaces, fiber insulation, polyurethane foam, wood, cables and other combustible surfaces Fire Retardant Paints · Fire Resistant Coatings · Flame Retardant Coatings .Red Oxide Coatings, Marine Coatings Exposed Steel Anti Corrosive Polyurethane Coating · Anti Corrosive Epoxy Coatings.
Fire retardant paint can help prevent the spread of fire in buildings. It can be used in residential buildings, schools, office blocks, and other commercial buildings. Fire retardant paint reacts to intense heat by releasing a flame-moistening gas. This can delay the spread of flames by 30-120 minutes, which gives you time to douse the fire or get out of the building. It can also protect a building's structural integrity and save lives.
Anti Corossion Paint
Kristal Ultima- Corrosion Guard - Anti corrosive paints are used for preservation of structural steel work against acid fumes and adverse weather conditions. It protects the metal components against degradation due to moisture, salt spray, oxidation or exposure to various weather conditions and industrial chemicals.
Concrete Protective Paint
How Kristal Ultima- Concrete Guard Paint protect Concrete
Barrier Protection:: The coating prevents moisture and oxygen from reaching the surface.
Inhibition : The coating interferes with the electrochemical process of corrosion.
Sacrificial Action : The zinc pigments in a zinc-rich coating are attacked instead of the steel when corrosion occurs.
Unlike coatings for steel substrates, protective coatings for concrete do not in most cases require or include inhibitive or sacrificial pigments to provide protection. Coatings applied to concrete are typically barrier coatings. They provide protection by becoming a physical barrier, or shield, isolating the concrete from its immediate environment. A barrier coating must prevent aggressive liquids and gases from passing through it and reaching the concrete.
Kristal Ultima- Heat Guard - Heat Resistant Paint
We offer an array of Heat Resistant Paints that is available in different colors and shades as per the demand of the valued clients. These Heat Resistant Paints are extensively used in different industries for coating machines and equipment such as exhaust systems of automotive sectors, chimneys, silencers of 0 D.G. Sets. The paints can resist the temperature up to 1200 C apart from offering resistance to different kinds of chemicals.
Metal Protection Paint
Kristal Ultima-Metal Guard is an Aluminium paint is a high-class product that gives a protective metallic luster on the metal surfaces. You can use it to safeguard surfaces like metal grills, gates, roof, and pipes from corrosion due to its water permeable nature. Aluminium Paint can be obtained in various packs and is suitable for interior and exterior applications.
5 Most Common Types of Metal Coatings
1.Anodizing - Anodizing is a process used to promote the formation of a protective oxide layer on the surface of a metal. The resulting oxide layer forms more rapidly and is usually thicker than if it was produced naturally. While several non-ferrous metals can be anodized, aluminum responds most effectively to this process.
2.Galvanizing - Galvanizing involves immersing the metal (mostly steel or iron) in a molten zinc bath. Once removed, the coated metal reacts with oxygen and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to form a protective zinc carbonate layer.
3. Electroplating - Electroplating, also known as electrodeposition, involves depositing a thin layer of one metal on the surface of another metal. During electroplating, both metals are placed in an electrolytic solution.
4. Powder Coating - Powder coating, as its name implies, involves coating an object with a powder-based substance. It is an electrostatic process, whereby the coating particles are electrically charged with a polarity that is opposite to the part to be coated. The difference in charge causes the powdered particles to adhere to the metal's surface. The coated object is then heat-treated in an oven to harden the coating.
5. Paint Coating - A painted coating is essentially the application of liquid paint. It is the most accessible and cost-effective type of coating. Different paint formulations can be used depending on the type of metal, the operating environment and the performance requirements.
